How Does RF Welding Work?
Once your design is finalized, it transitions into a full-scale production, starting with material cutting. Utilizing our automated system, our hydraulic cutting presses, and steel rule dies, the material is precisely cut. Next, logos and artwork are applied. Depending on the welding requirements, your product is then transitioned to the appropriate welding press. If your product requires tubes, ports, or valves, APPF Incorporated has the ability to perform these sealing operations.
In a secondary operation, APPF Incorporated can also perform solvent bonding and Luer lock installation as well as other assembly and custom packaging operations. Ensuring the highest quality product, all units are tested throughout each stage of production. Using pressure decay leak testers, inflation testers, and burst strength testers, we create a quality product that will function to your exact specifications in the field.
